Shipping and Returns
If you have seen a piece of art you would like to purchase please message me via my contact form or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will reply as soon as possible.
Paying by bank transfer or Paypal
Payment is preferred by bank transfer or Paypal. I will email you an invoice with details of how to pay.
Please pay immediately as the work will be marked sold and unavailable to others.
Ordinarily orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. For addresses in the UK, artwork is sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.
All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping.
Please allow 7 days in total.
Estimated shipping charges will be added to your order, but I'll be in touch to discuss shipping options once your order is placed.
Depending on the selected delivery service chosen, actual costs may be higher than the estimated cost shown.
I offer shipping to most countries and delivery times will depend on your location. Please feel free to drop me a message to discuss shipping options and costs to your location.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
What if my artwork arrives and it's not as I expected?
I want you to absolutely love your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If youare not over the moon with your piece when it arrives, you have 7 days to contact me by email on email@example.com to request a refund.
When a return is agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service the piece arrived by. Once safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
For those in or local to Brighton, you are welcome to pick up from my home studio.
